We do not retain credit card details in our system. All credit card details are processed by our financial institution in a secure environment.
Shipping and Handling Information
All orders, within United States, will be shipped via USPS Priority/ United Parcel Service. Standard shipping is ground service within the Continental United States. Orders are processed daily Monday thru Friday during normal business hours (10:30AM - 5:00PM PST, except Saturday & Sunday and legal Holidays) Usually ships within 1 business day.
Shipping and handling charge is non-refundable for the following packages: Returned Packages, Unclaimed Packages, or Undeliverable Packages.
(Exception is when it is our error in shipping) A charge of $10 will be applied to your account if an address correction/ re-directing of our package is made by our courier.
Once an order has left our shipping facility an order cannot be cancelled. The customer will then be responsible for shipping fees in the event of a return
Shipping to Another Address other than Billing Address
If you wish to have your purchases shipped to an address other than your billing address, we recommend that you contact your card institution to update them with your approved secondary ship to addresses. We will also require that you provide us with a billing address that matches your card institution’s records. By doing this we are trying to protect our customers and card holders from credit card thefts. Please note that your orders will be placed on hold if we are unable to confirm the billing/shipping information with your credit card bank.

Express 2 Days Air Saver (US)
Express 2 Days Air Saver is $25.95 + $2.50 Per additional item. This method usually takes 2 days for delivery in the 48 continental States and Alaska.There are no Saturday deliveries so orders placed on Thursdays will be received on Monday, Friday orders will be delivered on Tuesdays.

Customs and Duties
Each Country has a different set of rules regarding regulations and percentages they charge on goods crossing the border. We sell the goods free of sales and export tax when shipped outside the USA. You may be subject to import duty or tax. It is the responsibility of the customer to take care of Customs and Duties for their respective Countries, if there is any. We assume no responsibility for those extra charges. We recommend that you contact your local custom's office for further information.
What is a Tester?
Testers are promotional display bottles containing the exact fragrance sold that are often labeled as "Tester”, "Demonstration” or "Not for
Sale”. The intended purpose of testers are to promote the fragrance while cutting production costs. Testers are often used by many major retail stores for customers to sample the fragrance before deciding to purchase the fragrance. Generally, testers are wrapped or packaged in simple boxes with or without a cap. Therefore the testers packaging may vary depending on the manufacturer. Because of the low production costs, we can buy in bulk quantities to give higher discounted prices to our customers. With testers, we at PerfumeLA can provide customers the fragrances they love at a fraction of the retail price.
Cancellation of orders:
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour after placing your order. To cancel your order please contacts us via phone at (213)488-0074 and send an Email to Sales@PerfumeLA.com between the hours of: Monday - Friday 10:30AM to 6:30PM Pacific Time.

How we process your returns
**perfumela.com does not exchange or refund on any item that has been used.
**You may return a fragrance, unused, within 14 days from the invoice date.
**If a fragrance is damaged during shipment, please store the fragrance in a safe place and contact us immediately to file a claim at USPS or UPS. Please note that it is very important for you to retain the damaged product in order to file the claim.

For any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 14 days from the date stated on your invoice. Your item must be unopened and in its original package. You may return your item(s) for refund plus any applicable sales tax within 14 days of the invoice date or you may exchange your item for different items.
If your purchase was made with our "Shipping Promotions” (free standard ground shipping for merchandise(s) over $100), and would like to return/exchange the merchandise in full or partial, you will receive credit less any original shipping charges unless the total cost of non-returned items remains over $100.
Any shipping cost you incur returning the product to us will not be refunded.
Products returned opened will be charge a 25% restocking fee, bottle must be full.
Please note that the shipping and handling charge is non-refundable unless if it is in our error in shipping.

How to Return Items
For any reason you are not satisfied with your item You may return it any time within 14 days.
Any returns/ exchanges that do not have an "RMA Number" and are in non-saleable/ original condition will not receive a refund and will be disposed of. Once an RMA # is obtained, please securely wrap the item(s), include a packing slip. Please allow up to two billing cycles from the date of return for credits to appear on your credit card statement.
